Our Ethical Commitment

teal is dedicated to maintaining high ethical standards through our Code of Ethics, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, and Human Rights Policy. If any employee of teal has concerns regarding how these policies are implemented, we encourage them to speak directly with their manager. Likewise, we are always open to hearing from anyone outside the company who wishes to raise concerns, lodge a complaint, or express a grievance regarding our ethical conduct.

What You Need to Do

If you wish to raise a concern about teal or its subcontractors, you may contact one of our employees directly or email info@teal-av.com. Please provide as much information as possible about the circumstances and the reasons why you believe teal may be at fault. We encourage you to share your name and contact details, as this helps us respond more effectively. However, if you prefer to remain anonymous, we will respect your wishes. Where possible, we will establish an alternative means of communication, for example through an anonymous email account.

Our Response

We will acknowledge and respond to your communication promptly and, in any event, within five working days. Our initial steps will include an initial assessment of your concern and the appointment of a dedicated teal point of contact. If the matter can be resolved quickly, we will do so. Where an investigation is required, your point of contact will provide regular progress updates and report on the outcome once concluded. We will respect your confidentiality to the fullest extent possible, subject to legal requirements. However, if it becomes apparent that a criminal offence may have occurred, we may be required to report the matter to the appropriate government authorities. In such circumstances, we will fully cooperate with any subsequent investigation and may be required to share relevant correspondence.

teal will provide full details of its formal internal policy for responding to external concerns and complaints upon request.
